Islands Adventure

Visit Monsoon Forest’s impressive rooftop canopy for an exclusive chance to see our Sumatran orangutan family like never before. While you’re up there, you’ll find the best view in the whole zoo! Your adventure won’t end there – you’ll continue your Islands journey visiting animals along the way.

Your experience:

  • Experience for two people
  • Lasts approximately two hours.
  • Includes interaction with animals including the Sumatran orangutans, Visayan warty pigs and tree kangaroo, plus exclusive access to the rooftop canopy in Monsoon Forest.
  • Includes time with different keepers to ask questions and find out first-hand what it’s like to work with these incredible animals.
  • Take home an t-shirt, goody bag and experience certificate.
  • Includes zoo admission for the whole day for both participants.

  • Experience includes admission for the two participants only.
  • Please arrive at Adventure HQ 30 minutes before the start time of your Experience.
  • Participants must be physically fit and able to walk several kilometres around the zoo at pace, able to climb several flights of stairs and walk over uneven ground without difficulty.
  • Suitable for adults ages 16 and over.
  • Regrettably certain guests will be unable to take part including people with epilepsy; relevant phobias or known allergies; mobility issues, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.
  • Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved. Please contact us before purchasing.
  • Maximum of two people per experience.
